Novaim builds AI agents that run operational processes for companies, with a focus on contact centers: voice agents that answer and place calls, copilots that assist human agents, and training tools. It operates in Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia and Mexico.
My role
I'm the CPO and lead the technical side: the architecture of the new platform, the copilot engine and technical decisions. We are also exploring locally hosted models for companies that need to operate on air-gapped networks.
